How do I set up a RingCentral meeting on behalf of someone else?

I've got some administrative assistants that I'd like to grant permission to be able to set up hosting of a RingCentral meeting on my account for me, as part of booking a meeting with parties outside of our client. Is there any way for them to have access to another person's account just for the purpose of setting up and booking meetings? Otherwise, they have to book the calendar meeting and send to the other people involved, and then I have to follow up separately with the sign in information for the ringcentral meeting.
