Over the past 2 weeks we have not been receiving SMS messages on our desktop app or smart phone apps.. it happens one phone lineat a time, and after sitting talking to their support for 40 minutes (each time, for a total of 5 calls), they have to open a case and reset something. This is happening all the time... So today i was so fed up with their support, i started to call random people in the company directory, and found a US based executive who was in india training their support staff.. Talk about the perfect person to find and inform how crappy the support is!! Maybe one day their support will be great, but now it sucks... On a side note, I now know how to find a direct support person who can actually get things done!
