I have been trying for over an hour to get a hold of tech support. I call the support number and they tell me to come to the web site for support. I go to live chat wait 35 minutes and get some one for a half second and they end the session. so how do you get a hold of support to get my ring central working. I did a upgrade and it is the worse interface I have used yet. they took features away like scanning right into a fax. My user is having major issue using it now. And not being able to get a hold of tech support it not worth the $100 a year I pay of it. very disappointed in Ring Central. I have over 20 account with Ring central and I am looking at another internet faxing solution.
