Up until just recently we were able to dial out of our Softphone with a Ringout to our desktop phone. Now all of a sudden it doesn't work. I've checked the settings and nothing has changed. I changed it to Direct Dial and tested it by clicking on a contacts phone icon and it worked (except for the fact that we dont have a microphone setup on our computers) but then when I change it back to RingOut and try to click on the contacts phone icon it just sits there without doing anything.
