Need Outlook 2010 to be workable again in new version of Ring Central.

Outlook 2010 is not usable any longer in new version of Ring Central.  Need that capability back again.  Currently cannot send fax from Outlook as the body of fax is not viewable by recipient.  Please fix this asap!

Hello Pam, you should still be able to send faxes with Outlook 2010.  Are you sending the fax as an attachment?  Anything you put in the body of the email does not go through. The actual document needs to be an attachment.
