Same thing happened to me numerous times and numerous days.  I was finally able to fax out a few days later.  Might have been quicker to send it by mail.

Thanks Danny for the reply, and I am starting to think about the mail! I don't use fax a lot but when I do, I want it to go thru, which is not the case here.

Check the File name of the document you are attaching.  I have seen this issue when there is a special character like & or % in the file name

Try and see if that solved the issue

I am having the same issue and the customer support contact methods ARE ALL GARBAGE!  I have never had the run around from anyone to the degree that Ring Central does.  No one responds to the help tickets and the live help phone number disconnect dumps you after telling you that you will need to solve the problem yourself on the self-help pages.  I am cancelling my service with these hacks!

John,
I think that I figured out the problem after receiving some hints from RC.
The file that I was trying to fax had a name such as XYZ-4/Bob; I changed the name to just XYZ and it went thru.
Then I tried to re-send the old docs but got the same message! So the issue must be the file's name? Maybe..

Yep, that is the ticket.  Thanks RC and BA!  Too bad that the customer support for this site is horrendous, but am grateful that I have peers that care enough to help everyone out!  Thanks again!
