How can the subject line on a confirmation email be edited?

Can the subject line be edited on a confirmation email? We are receiving a confirmation emails for faxes that have been sent to clients that all look alike. Our current FaxMaker allows us to add a note, such as the clients name when sending the fax, which appears in the subject line of confirmation emails.

Hi George,  If you still need help with this, can you clarify in more detail what the problem is.  There is a another company called FaxMaker.  Is this related to your RC Fax service?
