Why can't I receive a fax? I call my number - rings and then no sound... (Set up Wi-Fi printer over the weekend is it somehow interfering?) How cant I do a test?

There are several things that could be the cause. Take a look a our Fax Troubleshooting Checklist .   If you are unable to identify the problem, then you may want to Open a Case   and provide us more details.
