Downloaded Ringcentral for Windows. Now I'm receiving weird calls from "80000" and "4450"

I downloaded the RingCentral for Windows software. Two days ago I walked into my office and my physical phone showed 7 calls on hold from a number "4450" (only 4 digits). These calls are not recorded in the call log online. When I picked up each call there was no sound on the other end. I hung up each of the calls. A few hours later, my phone rang two separate times from 4450 again. When I answered, nothing was on the other end.

Today I walked in to my office to find my computer RingCentral for Windows program ringing continuously from a number "80000" (only 5 digits). The program will not move the call to my physical phone and, while there are buttons on the program to Answer, Send to Voicemail, Screen Voicemail Live, Reply with Message, and Forward, none of these buttons actually work. When I close out the program, the computer is still ringing. I can't get it to stop!

Help! I did not have any of these strange phone call and problems before I downloaded the software. We are a 3-person office, and no one else has transferred these calls to me.
