Toll Free Minutes - in and/or outbound fees

The RC Premium plans shows it includes 2500 free toll free minutes.  My question - is this for inbound calls?  Also, do I get a FREE 8xx (non-800) number with my plan?  Is there a per month fee that is associated with a toll free number?  I don't necessarily believe everything I read and what sales people tell me.  Hoping someone on this forum can clarify their experience.

The Premium plan does not include a toll-free number, but you can add one on.  If you are looking for a plan that includes a toll-free number, you may want to consider one of the Professional plans instead.   Here are a few links that you can use to compare plans.
