we haven't even been live for a week on our new RC phones and I know my boss will commenting on the notification beeps any time now. Is there a way to shut the beeps off?

Are you talking about when a new call comes in you hear the call waiting beep?

Are you referring to be beeps when calls are being recorded?  If so this can not be turned off.
