Cisco SPA525G went offline

My internet went off line over night.  As a result my Cisco SPA 525G IP Phone is offline and cannot be re-provisioned.  Please advise.

That particular phone has wifi capability.  Is this a problem with reconnecting to the wifi, or is it an actual provisioning problem?
