Unable to see my attachments in PDF format

hello everyone, I just got my confirmation via email but I did not see the PDF format that I was under the impression that I would be able to verify that my attachment was there

Hello Jose,  Can you include  a screenshot, or explain in more detail what you are seeing and where the problem is?
