IP 335 2nd Line Ringer

We have IP 335 phones. I was just asked to take over the system, so I'm playing catch up. I need the phone to ring out loud if someone is on line 1 while line 2 gets a call. Right now, at best, I can get it to beep in the headset through Audible Ringer settings. We do not have an "admin" phone. Do I need an "Admin" phone, or can I do this with the IP 335?

You probably have sound effects set to Active, if you are hearing it through the headset. Have you tried changing it from Active to Speaker?

Did you mean to say there currently is NOT a way to do this?

Yes, sorry for the mistake. There is not a way.
