The company I provide IT support for is having issues with voice quality and jitters throughout calls.
When doing the QoS and Capacity test i received two errors regarding UDP port 20000 being unavailable from our internal firewall.
I checked and this error was correct but now I am wondering what other things haven't been properly configured?
Internally we've moved all VoIP services to a standalone router with its own dedicated public IP address. This router is a Linksys E2500 with DD-WRT v24-sp2 firmware.
Are there any guides for this build? If not, what should I enable in my QoS/Port triggering to ensure proper, clear service?
