On Polycom phone: Missed calls are not detailed. How do you view missed calls.

Hi David,  I'm not sure if you still need help with this, but, depending on which phone, there would typically be a light or something in the display showing that you have missed calls. Also, if you use the desktop app, it will also show missed calls.  If you are still having problems let us know. If you are wanting to see an actual detailed view/list of all the calls, the best thing is to log into the Softphone/Desktiop app, or log into the account and view the call logs from there.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for getting back with me.  The flashing light indicates that there are missed voicemessages pending in the system.  However, looking at the scroll of calls listed on the phone, some have a telephone icon and some have a handset icon to their left.  According to the good folks at RingCentral that I spoke with, missed calls (where no message was left) will appear as an "X".  Despite the phone saying we have 10 missed calls, none of them have an "X".  Any light you can shed on this subject would be appreciated.
