When I import a clear, high-quality, .WAV file for our call Queue Voicemail Greeting (Groups>Call Queues>Messages & Notifications>Voicemail Greeting>[Red Dot]>Import) it gets horribly distorted. I cannot find documentation noting file size limits (1684 kb and 2784 kb respectively and close to it). I've tried changing the messages and then re-saving them again, I've tried with different .WAV files, etc. to no avail. Am I not able to have professional grade messages?
ETA: I saw another ticket where the file limit of 20 MB was quoted, that would be useful to know, but I am not even close to that with these dry recordings. When I click on the "i" for info, I do see that 8 bit and 16 bit mono recordings are recommended, which is fine because I am not using 24 bit or stereo recordings ; however it also recommends 8 kHz recordings and mine are higher (maybe 48 kHz) which might be causing the distortion. 8 kHz is pretty low quality, is there any way around this?
