Late payment fax not received : If someone is a few days late on payment on the fax service, does RC not accept faxes sent?

Late payment fax not received : If someone is a few days late on making payment on the 9.99 fax service, does RingCentral not accept faxes sent?

The faxes will not be received unless the account is current.
