Not getting faxes

I was expecting a fax and I called to let them know I have not received it.  They told me that they have tried several times and they would try again.  They said they get a "busy" response.  I just logged in to the website and I can see that they are calling, why are they not able to send faxes.  I do not like not being able to talk to someone and I have to use this type of forum.  Don't recall being this way when I joined a couple years age.  Please advise.  Thanks, Larry

Hi Larry, Sorry for the confusion. Lets go ahead and get this escalated. I see that you've had a few faxes received so it's odd that one sender gets a busy signal.  Can you please  Open a Case and provide us with a few more details.  If you know the date and approximate time they tried to send the fax, the number they were faxing from, etc. Was their fax eventually successful? Also, any other details that you may or may not know such as the type of fax machine, was it a traditional fax or some sort of internet fax etc.

Thanks!
