You've ruined the Ring out soft phone feature

We used to be able to use ring out on the call controller and even though it used a cell phone to make the call out the whole conversation went through the call controller or Soft phone.  We want that feature BACK!  

The newest upgrade removed these features completely.  Trying to call out, rings on the cell phone and the entire conversation takes place on the cell phone rather than the soft phone.  Please give us the instructions or a way to download the old call controller.  we DONT want this type of service on our virtual lines.

Hi Michael,  

They are constantly making changes/improvements to the softphone so  but I don't always know what features will be released until they are about to be released. However, maybe I'm misunderstanding what you are trying to do. Is there a reason you don't just dial directly from the softphone instead of using the RingOut feature, if you want the call to take place on the softphone?

I don't want the call to take place on softphone you misunderstand and I think I misunderstood the posting above when i posted on thi. I merely need to phone to RingOut to the RingCentral deskphone automatically when you highlight a number and hit the F6 button instead of it just cutting and pasting the number into the softphone and requiring me (the user) to initiate the call rather than it just dialing out right away. Make sense?

Yes, that makes sense.  This is indeed a bit different that the original post. What you are trying to do is not possible. The F6 feature only works with the Softphone.
