answering phone with keyboard

If I'm typing when a phone call comes in, hitting any key on the keyboard automatically answers the phone. How do I turn that off so that I must click on 'Answer' in order to answer the call?

Hello Shar,  From the Desktop app click the Settings then Calling and look for the "Auto Answer" button and change it to the "off" position. If that does not work, let us know.

Hi Shar, the application should only be able to answer the call if you hit the Enter/Return key.  

Regarding your desire to disable the keyboard shortcuts, we'll submit the feature request to our development team.
