What is the product roadmap for RingCentral?

Support for Windows Phone? Support for Office 365? Support for IE add-on? I have been hearing and reading comments that a windows phone app is in the works for the last year and half. If you're not going to develop it then let everyone know. In comments from your staff I've seen/heard everything from it's being considered to it's in the works for the next big release coming. With every release new functionality comes out which is great but frankly its a guessing game as to what's coming next. Under Consideration and Planned seem somewhat useless as they provide no priority or timeframe. Business users like to know what they are getting and plan accordingly.

Hi Brian, Unfortunately I don't have any definite answers or ETA's on the things you mention. However, this Community is the primary source that we use to gather ideas for future development.  Our product team reviews all the submitted ideas, month after month, and those with the most interest "likes" get the most consideration.  Once an idea has been planned for implementation, we'll change the status on the Community to "planned" so that others know that it's in the works.   If you see an Idea that shows "no status" or "unplanned" but best thing you can do is click the "Like" button to show interest.

Please visit the following pages to click the "Like" buttons:

RingCentral compatibility with Microsoft Office 2013 and 365

Sorry I'm not able to give definite time frames for the planned items. In the software business it can take many months for development and also depending on the application or feature, there could be weeks or months of testing.
