We recently signed up for Fax Unlimited to transition our incoming (and outgoing) faxes from traditional fax machines to eFax. We assumed (and were told) that switching to eFax would eliminate the busy signals our customers have been receiving. It seems like that's not the case. I even tested it by calling the same number from 2 different phones and the second one received a busy signal. I thought with eFax, all calls would go through since there are no actual fax machines involved receiving the faxes.
I talked to Tech Support last week and the rep (Bernadette) claimed that everything was fixed, but that doesn't seem to be the case. In the Call Log I see faxes coming in that result in Errors and are then received within a minute.
Please advise.
