Softphones keep setting themselves to "offline"

We are on iMacs, and with our agents it is very common for their status to reset to "offline" without the agent doing anything

Anyone else have this issue? and if so, any fixes or suggestions on how to prevent this from happening?

Currently, we have to keep checking the status under each agent under the "Phones and Devices" area and when the agent is set to offline, they are having to log out of their softphone and log back in.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Chris,  Can you tell us which version of Softphone you are running?  You'll want to, go to Settings > About > Check for Updates and see if there's a later version which you can upgrade to.  If that doesn't fix the problem, then it could be something router, or network related. Let us know if you still have problems.
