Upload Custom Cover Sheet to online web acount

I can create custom cover sheet as word file for office with Windows App. It looks like every new computer I'm at, I have to also download word file and install on app. Is there a wall to add custom cover to onlnie ring central web based account so that I custom cover sheet can be transmitted with Fax?

Hello Tung Nguyen, 

If you install the Desktop App for windows, you can easily do this.  This article shows the steps.

Ah.. thanks for explaining. Yes, that would be a pain to have to do it for every individual. Feel free to create a new post as an "Idea" topic so that it gets reviewed by our Product team.   Submitting a New Idea in the RingCentral Community

Sorry but the solution you mentioned Mike is just for 1 individual.  We don't want all users to have to do this.  
Not to mention unless the contact you are faxing to is stored in your RingCentral Contacts the To: box does not fill in the users name.  Many of the fields we created with a custom Cover Sheet do not work and was confirmed by customer service.

Please allow us to create a company wide cover sheet that will be enforced for all faxes that allow us to use all the fields without having to add to the user to RingCentral contacts.

Thanks just created one.  Do you know if this is by chance in the works?  Fixing the fields in the Fax Cover sheet? Custom company Cover sheet? etc.?

I don't  believe this is in the works, but I'll need to follow with the Product team to be certain. When I find out, I'll update the Idea topic status.
