Can't retrieve a fax I sent within the last 90 days

I sent a fax on November 19, 2014 but, when I go to sent messages, it only displays 2 recent faxes. How can I access the information from my previous fax?

Hello Brad, 

Sorry but for all Sent Items, the system only stores the past 30 days.  If this is from November it would have been auto-deleted several weeks ago.

I am trying to retrieve a sent fax from July 29th, which is in the last 30 days. It stops at the last one on July 29, but I need the one before.

Are you checking from your online account under Messages > sent?

setting conversation to private.  What is the phone number? Ext number?

Did you check the trash/deleted folder ... just in case?
