Softphone Dial Pad Grayed Out- unable to make calls.

I was able to use Softphone to make calls this morning, and even yesterday for a while, but out of no where the dial pad is grayed out, and I am unable to make calls. The same thing happened yesterday, where I was able to make calls in the morning, and in the afternoon, inexplicably, the dial pad is grayed out- where I am not able to click the number pad. Help!

Hi Lenny,  That does sound strange. Lets start by making sure you have the most recent software version. From the Softphone, click the settings button on the bottom of the window. When the next window pops open it will show you the software version in the lower left corner.  If it's not 7.0.5 then try to update the softphone.
