We purchased new Polycom VVX410 phones for our office and when we went to set them up, they will not communicate with the RingCentral servers. The case has now been escalated to tier 2 tech support and I am waiting on a phone call. This has been taking up all my time and is a little frustrating. Our tech guy came and changed all the network requirements outlined by RingCentral but still nothing. I keep getting the "Line Not Registered" error even though it is registered on
RingCentral.com account. The weird thing is that the phone is connected to the internet and is receiving an IP address from our server. We can see the phones on our server, however, the phones cannot communicate to RingCentral's server. The phone also gets a dial-tone but will not allow a call. PLEASE HELP. No one in our office has phones now. Do I need to reset the router? If I do though it is going to cause a lot of work elsewhere reassigning static IP addresses and such. It shouldn't be this difficult to set up a new phone.
