I just upgraded Desktop app to 126.96.36.19908. At the time, I'm doing a warm transfer. No matter how many times I click the "Complete Transfer" button, "complete transfer" button will not disappear. The caller is on hold status. The forwarder only hears silence.

Open a Case and provide the phone number(s) that are giving you this problem. I believe this is already being looked at but if you can provide us another example that would be great.
