Mobile App: how to get the mobile app to ring immediately?

I have my cell phone number as the only phone for calls to be forwarded to. When my cell phone rings I only have about 5 seconds to answer before it becomes a missed call. I need to know how to increase the time my cell phone rings. Thanks.

I can't think of any reason it would change unless there's some sort of caller ID feature on the phone which is making it do something different.  Since this has to do with the actual cell phone ringing, I can only suggest you get in touch with your provider to see if that can tell you why this would happen.

I;ve had the same problem since day one. There is no fix and they are incapable of doing anything about it.

Hi Eddie, If you are answering  with the RC Mobile App, try increasing the number of seconds before forwarding begins.  Right now you have it set to 0 seconds. Try bumping it up to about 20 seconds.

That option is to notify my desktop and iPhone app. I don't want to delay that. I want it to ring immediately in the app.

If this option is turned on, it will ring your Desktop app and Mobile app immediately, which you currently have on. However the number of seconds is the delay before it rings your desk phone or starts forwarding the call.

Ok, looks like I had it backwards. I though that was for how soon I want it to notify my app.

You're welcome!   I know all the call routing/forwarding can get confusing because there are so many possible configurations. Thanks for posting and let us know if we can help again.
