Softphone for Windows constantly asks for Outlook account passwords after reboot

I have 7.0.5 of the desktop software for Windows and Windows 8.1 Pro with Office 2013.  Every time I reboot my computer after logging in I receive a password prompt from the Ring Central app for my accounts that are connected to Outlook 2013.  I have tried clicking the remember me and it does not help.  I've went into the settings for the softphone's address book/Outlook and choose just the accounts I would like the address book synced.  It still randomly will ask me to put in the password for my other accounts which I do not wish to have their address book synced with the softphone.  Any ideas?

Sorry I have not heard of this happening before. If you are still having this issue can you  Open a Case  so we can look into this.
