Why are callers getting a busy signal sometimes when they call us?

We have had complaints of callers getting a busy signal when calling us. This has happened quite a few times over the last week and it goes on for half hour or better, where no calls are coming in at all.

Hi Louise,  

We'll need to gather some specific details in order to research this. Can you please  Open a Case so that we can review your account details. If possible please include some times & dates etc when this was happening and include as much information as you have  available; number called, called from number etc.
