I downloaded the updated Ring Central for Windows. When I send a fax the "To" field on my cover sheet is blank. I talked to technical support and was told for the recipient's name to show up I must add then to my contacts first. If I'm sending a one-time fax and will never send to that recipient again, why don't you add a field so I can just enter the fax number on the Send Fax screen, like the old system allowed?  This extra step is time consuming and needs to be addressed soon. If not, I may start looking at other internet fax companies.
