RC windows remain unresolve in 6 days now

when the update was released it was working fine but after 3 days i cannot make calls anymore. contacted the chat support last Friday and they remote access my PC for troubleshooting but issue still not resolve. instead it is not aloowming to log in anymore, credentials entered correctly and still i got a log failed notice. this issue is already 6 days to be exact but remain unresolve.

my PC was access by the RC support (remote access) and they raise this to level 2 already. but until now issue remain unresolve.

Hi Irene, Do you still have an open case on this then?  I was able to find a case from 1/14, but it was closed with your approval after they helped you log in.  If there's a new case can you provide me the case number so I can check the status?

Thanks,  I see that it was escalated yesterday, but  I'll try to get a status update for you and see if I can speed things along for you.

Hello Irene, 

Thanks for posting here. I'm sorry your issue has not yet been resolved. There can actually be a few things that could cause this.  First, make sure you can log directly into your account on the RingCentral website.   https://service.ringcentral.com/

If you can log in using the link above, but you still can't get into the SoftPhone, then it's likely one of the issues explained on this page:  Common Login Issues on your Online Account and Softphone
