Send email for conference call does not work

When I attempt to use the Windows RC desktop to schedule a conference call, the system tries to access my browser instead of Outlook.  Can someone help??

It sounds like you just need to go into the Control Panel and set Outlook as the default email client.

You're welcome. The process is slightly different depending on your OS, so if you get stuck let us know which OS you are running.
