Desktop App: Volume control isn't working

I am using the desktop app for windows and the volume control does nothing.  I use in conjunction with a Jabra 9470 wireless headset.  I have to adjust the volume within the Jabra hardware during a call.  Is there a setting I've missed?

Hi Mike. Thanks for the quick response. I have been doing some messing and it seems I had to set the Jabra controls to be on Softphone/Other.  I had it on None - Audio Only.  Now when I adjust the volume in the RC app, it changes the volume on the Jabra dock.

All works now! :-)

Hi AJ, other than the Computers normal Sound settings, the SoftPhone does have some additional settings.   Go to Settings > Audio, and you'll see a screen like below.  Make sure you have the defaults set according to what device you are using. If this doesn't change anything, be sure to go back to the Control Panel on the PC and double check the Sound settings there.
