Offline Mode solution

When I'm logged into Ring Central, it alternates between available and "offline mode". It disconnects phone calls and won't let me call. I can't find a solution and Ring Central is unable to help me. Anyone have a solution? We are a small business open 9-5 and this is severely interfering with our business.

I was able to find a case in our system from yesterday. This does indeed sound like a firewall issue. It looks like they asked you to temporarily turn off the firewall, and then test it again, which would be a normal troubleshooting procedure.  Did you have a chance to do that?  If you tried that and are still having problems, you'll want to  Open a Case as they instructed so they can follow up again.  From the transcript I read it appears you are using Norton Firewall, which is fine, but make sure that you are not running two firewalls at the same time. Be sure to double check and see if the Windows Firewall is on or off.  If you have Norton turned on, then turn off the Windows firewall.
