Helen,  I was notified that a fix was pushed out on the Reports page.  Let us know if you still have problems.

Hi Helen,  I will let you know when I get an update on this. I recently did some research in this and found that our Product Team is aware of some issue that they would like to fix. I understand it's a pretty complicated engine that runs the reports on that part of the site so is unfortunately not a quick or easy fix but they are looking into it.
