Add "presence" feature to RingCentral softphone

My company would like to utilize the "presence" feature but it seems that it is currently available only with select desk phones.  As we're moving toward a PC-centric environment, we'd like to see this feature within the RingCentral for Windows softphone.  Thanks for considering this request!

Thanks for your comments.  We've also recently released the HUD feature which might help you out as well.

In RingCentral for Windows Softphone, the "Favorites" tab is presence.  Select the person icon and add the individuals you'd like to see by selecting the star.  You can have up to 30 favorites (this number may increase).
