Reason Fax Failed

Is it possible to see why a fax failed - such as, Failed due to, busy signal, no answer, or voice phone line?  From what I can tell, when I sign onto RingCentral's website to see my failed fax and resend, the only information I'm given is that there was an error, but I don't know what that error was.  Knowing the error would be helpful.  Thanks!

There's not a way to verify why a fax might have failed, but the following page has lost of possible causes that may help you out.
