I have a Brother MFC-9460CDN. I have installed the iFax firmware update and have configured it correctly (at least I think so because I can send faxes just fine using the suffix @
rcfax.com in the fax server setup).
However, I am not receiving any faxes. They show up on "messages" on the ring central portal, but they are not being delivered to my email server that I setup for the fax machine. For example, it is fax@****.com. I have notifications set to 'On' and for the notification and attachment to be sent to that email address. The Brother is then supposed to poll the email server every 10 minutes and print the emails/faxes that it finds.
My question is, is there a different way to set Ring Central up with the Brother iFax feature? Could someone provide a step by step guide if possible?
