I've read through a number of posts and some indicate this can be done, others say it doesn't work. Setting up an announcement only box seems easy enough. But to set up an additional announcement from there, that is, a second tier doesn't seem obvious. For example, the auto-attendant says press 1 for directions. An ext 1 must be created which is an announcement only. From there, press 1 if you're arriving by car, press 2 if you're arriving by train. How would these second tier announcements be set up? Extension 11? and 12? Can it be done? Thanks!
Thanks Chuck, I will explore upgrading with my sales guy. Also, will the multi-level allow you to repeat a message, you know, "to hear this message again", go back to the previous menu or somewhere else?
