incoming call information set to number dialed - but still showing caller's ID?

I have set my incoming call information to be the number dialed, but it still show's the caller ID. I'm forwarding my calls to my cell phone; I would like to create a unique outgoing message (I use Google Voice for vmails) for calls coming from my office (RC) number; however since it shows the Caller ID, I can't define an outgoing message to that specific account.

Hey Dave,

Not sure what's up.  I programmed my RC account to call [forward] to my GV# and the Called Number displayed as the Caller ID of my cell phone.  I did not answer and it went into GV mailbox, and the Called Number was captured, as well as the special greeting I set up for that number (the called number) played.  No where was the actual Caller ID showing up.  SO RC is doing what they are supposed to do.  I think from your description above, your RC account is calling your cell phone and you have your cell phone CF NA to GV after so many rings?  If that's the case the caller is going from their carrier, to RC, then to your cell phone carrier and then to GV when not answered.  With that many carriers, no telling where the issue is.  If you are not going to use your RC VM, and prefer to use GV VM instead, my suggestion is CF your RC to your GV# (w/75 rings) since I know from my testing that works.   Hope that helps some.

I am looking for labeling my incoming calls with tailing numbers, BUT with called number instead of caller ID.
In other words, if  my number is 770-932-0909 and the caller chooses option 1
I want my phone to show 77093209091 - this way I don't have to pickup and choose option 1 or 2 after the mailbox announcement.
