Is there a way to set up a pre-recorded message to automatically call a set of programmed phone numbers?

wanting to make outbound cold-calls, to be more efficient, I would like ringcentral to allow me to make a recording of what I want to say, then allow me to punch in a group of phone numbers I want it to call and leave a message for, set a time for that call to go out, and the call to go directly to the caller's voicemail instead of actually ringing the caller. It is shown that folks who listen to their voicemail will in fact listen to the whole message before deleting whereas if they answer the phone and hear a recorded voice, they hang up almost immediately. Is this something RC already offers? or is this something that can be set up immediately so I can increase my marketing by this means very quickly?
