lights flashing orange

top 2 lights flashing orange; bottom 3 solid orange. have 3 bars and phone says it is connected to Internet. have rebooted over and over with no success. went to all green for a while Saturday and is now back to orange.

It is a Cisco SPA 5256. BTW, did an online chat with RingCentral support (Gena). She did a reset which got the green lights on again. But it has been an intermittent problem. It comes and goes, sometimes for minutes, sometimes for days. She sent me a list of ports to open up on the router as another possible solution. I will try that tomorrow.
