reached the maximum amount of simultaneous calls.

one of our users continously has this error message, You have reached the maximum amount of simultaneous calls. Call was sent to voicemail, how to fix it?

Hi  Aiofe Vine,  Is this user part of a Group?  If so, you can change the number of callers waiting in the Call Handling settings as Rob mentioned above. Do do this click Groups > the Group name > Call Handling, and scroll downto where it says "if number of callers waiting exceeds:"

Any updates on this? I'm experiencing the same error. Brand new account, no groups set up at all.

My own update - It turned out to be a softphone issue. Deauthorized, logged out, and restarted all instances of softphone and ringcentral for desktop and everything is working right again.
