Customer Service

The lack of customer service from this company makes me baffled at how its gotten this far. With a wonky, ultra nit-picky backend (I'm decently computer savvy and have problems, I can only IMAGINE what less computer savvy people go through) you'd think their tech support would be top-notch. I've sat on hold for 15+ minutes with no hint of response, no queue time, no communication other than a crappy hold song at 3pm, 6pm, and 10am EST. I came on here to look for an answer and I found it, thank you BRIAN, a non-employee. How the hell is this type of lackluster company support even possible in this age of customer service-oriented business?
