AT&T: Why should I switch to RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T?

I just started using RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T for my company personal development company called Potential of Life Company, LLC. I want to know if using this service have saved your company money and is it better then having a land-line? Is it dependable phone service? I am currently in the 30 day trial period and I am trying to decided if I want to continue using the service after my trial ends. I previously was using cox business phone line and opted to use my business cell phone service from AT&T for all my business phone calls. I cancelled my phone line with cox and then I signed up for this service to use with my cell phone. Thank you in advance for any input you can give me. Sincerely, Summer Rose

I was using a traditional AT&T Centrex system with roughly 8 lines with some nice custom phone numbers for the last 9 years at a minimum monthly cost of $425 a month for service and that did not include long distance.  Now with Ring Central I get the same service and same amount of lines for only $112 a month and that is with Unlimited Long Distance and more custom features.  The call quality is as good, if not better and none of my customers across the U.S. have been able to tell the difference in voice quality.  They can get in touch with me and my staff much more easily with call routing and forwarding and I get check messages and faxes from anywhere!  Sometimes my long distance bills alone a month were $700 to $800.  With the money I save I can buy my wife a new car every two years easily, and she loves that!

Thank you everyone for your input. Its good to hear that this service has helped your company. I just wanted to make sure that this service is a good investment for long term use and I was hoping that more people would respond. I value word of mouth advertising...especially if a product has helped a lot of companies. It seems like people post a lot of complaints up here, there aren't any positive reviews. I might have to look some where else for that...lol

I question the negative feedback that is online, I've been with RC for almost 5 years.  Their support team has responded to any of my calls within under a minute.  (Calls looking for tech support, or on how to set something up etc).

Our organization has used 6 or 7 over providers.  They were a nightmare.

After I post the comment I found some positive reviews about the service...which I did reply saying that. I only signed up for this community to connect with other companies that have used this service. I also realized that this is a help forum so...there will be negative posts about problems customers have. Furthermore, I am using Google voice for personal use which is a little similar with the voip...but its nothing like this service for businesses.

I will just use the service and see if I like it...if I don't I won't continue after my 30 day trial. If the service works well for my company I will continue. Thank you for your comment. Have a great day!

GADDY, is Ring Central not meeting your needs?

Where are they falling short?

Prioritizing which device I want to ring.
Transfers
Mobile App
The amazing thing is that i have been asking tech support for 6 weeks on how we could see what number is being transferred to us. "Not designed to do that" was always the answer. Friday afternoon a guy told me how to do it and it's not in any documentation, that should not be.
Seems RC wants to dictate how THEY think their customers should answer the phone. Shouldn't that be the other way around? Let's get away from the apps, voice quality not near as good as the landline or cell.
