settings - general - execute command

I need to be able to open our internal CRM system when someone answers incoming call. Ring Central executes command through Execute Command textbox; it displays correct caller name but phone number is always the same (888 number). What do we need to do to get correct caller phone number displayed?

Can you tell us what CRM you are integrating with?
