You can import contacts via csv files, see link below. But, I'm a little confused on the first part of the question, what is the source, or where are you getting the blocked & white-listed caller IDs?

Blacklist is third party list of known telemarketer numbers

White list is a csv file I build. Maybe contacts equal white list?

There's unfortunately not any option to import the blacklist, but yes if you are going to build your own csv file for whitlelist numbers then you can certainly do that.  The easiest way is to export your existing contacts so that you have the exact format, then add your new numbers to it, and import it back in again.

Using the export/import option, what is the unique matching key? Is that user configurable?

What file format are blacklist numbers stored in? Thinking of writing a stand alone blacklist import program.

Sorry, I'm nut understanding the question. What do you mean my "unique matching key"?  Are you seeing that somewhere in the process?

As far as the blacklist numbers, I'm sure it depends on where you get them but a csv file is probably the most common.

Mike:
  1. "unique matching key" would be the combination of fields which would have to match in order to merge an imported contact into an existing contact verses recognize the imported record as a new contact
  2. I was asking what file format the Ring Central blacklist is stored in, not the import file.
Can you call me?
